Hot spring and hot water pipe GNGAR: Insulation properties & maximum usage temperature 95℃!
Solving issues such as scale buildup, corrosion, and heat loss due to water quality! Numerous achievements in hot spring piping and heat supply piping!
GNGAR is an insulated pipe structure primarily used for hot springs and hot water. Nominal diameter: 25–250 Maximum operating temperature: 95℃ 【Features】 ○ The conduit is made of cross-linked polyethylene, which has characteristics such as heat resistance and chemical stability. ○ The use of EF sockets made of cross-linked polyethylene eliminates concerns about corrosion, similar to traditional metal fittings. ○ It is a long pipe that has undergone consistent processing for insulation, installation, and corrosion protection in the factory. ○ Pipes with a nominal diameter of 100 or less can be delivered to the site as long pipes (tab-wound). ○ The delivery of long pipes allows for labor-saving in construction and shortening of construction periods, which can reduce construction costs. ○ The long pipes are flexible and can be extended while bending. ○ They are ideal for exposed piping in mountainous areas and for soft ground such as marshes and reclaimed land, and they also excel in seismic resistance. ○ The outer layer is coated with low-density polyethylene containing carbon black, providing excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
